Welcome to the Folklife
The Terrebonne Folklife Culture Center, located in the heart of the Historic District, is an exciting tour through the area’s past and present - a place of wonderment, tradition and history not to be missed. Here you’ll find exciting exhibits, unique work by local artists and craftsmen and the chance to participate in one or more fun-filled classes or workshops. With exhibits and displays such as the Cajun Tool Shed, Louisiana Decoys, the historical Native American Indian Artifacts Exhibit, and live demonstrations, you’ll get a true taste of the area’s rich and varied history.
